England is one of the worlds finest travel destinations with more going on than you could possibly shake a stick at. It is impossible in just one visit to experience all of what England has to offer and for those of you who don’t have endless weeks to explore, here are the Best Destination In England (eventhough I've never been there)

It would be difficult to meet someone who couldn’t name at least one London attraction. From Big Ben to Buckingham Palace, people worldwide come to visit these cultural and historical icons and surprisingly, many are free.

The British Museum has millions of exhibits featuring ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman artifacts. Another popular free destination is the British Library and its collection of original manuscripts. The Changing of the Guard takes place at all the Royal Palaces with the most famous one of course being Buckingham Palace but if the crowds there are too much, you can check out a smaller ceremony at St. James’ Palace. Oh and with all the money you've saved, why not take a ride on the London Eye for the finest views in all of London.

The Lake District is the mountainous, northwest realm of England. Bounded by the Irish Sea, you’ll find some of England’s highest mountains and its deepest and longest lakes. Here you can reconnect with nature whilst spending nights camping under the stars. Outdoor enthusiasts can kayak or ride zip wires high above the ground. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, you can explore the area’s nature reserves and historic homes. Unique museums feature Roman military altar stones, steamboats and the railway. For the cultural tourist, there are summer theater performances and creative arts festivals.

Oxford is best known for it’s University, one of the leading universities in the world. For the architectural tourist, Oxford is a vast architectural museum which dates back to the arrival of the Saxons. Begin your treasure hunt with a tour of the university. Many of this university’s 11th century buildings are open to visitors. The University of Oxford also has the oldest botanic garden in the UK with more than 7,000 plant species in greenhouses, water and rock gardens. The Science Oxford Live takes on the challenge of explaining how science fits into our daily lives. There are several interactive exhibits for children to conduct their own experiments.

A Visit to Brighton would not be complete without a visit to its famousVictorian Pier, this festive destination keeps you entertained with a fairground, arcade halls, restaurants and bars.
